My submission for Radiance~Eternal's OC design contest. He's making some OCs for TomorrowsArchon's manga-in-the-making "The Chronicles of 2100".

This drawing has her face and hair. The dancing body had nicely drawn hair, so I decided to include it for teh lulz/fo realz.
